Biography

Kasey has been practicing estate and trust litigation (will contests, fiduciary disputes, trustee/executor removal actions) and guardianship/conservatorship for 8 years. He is also an advocate for alternative dispute resolution in his practice. In Kasey’s experience, resolving a case with limited court intervention is in most cases more cost effective and satisfying to his clients than full-scale litigation ending with trial. However, not all cases are meant for settlement, and Kasey will fight for his clients’ interests wherever the fight takes him. Most recently, Kasey worked at Caldwell, Propst & DeLoach (previously known as Caldwell & Watson). Earlier, Kasey was on the opposite side of a case with Murray Saylor; they amiably settled the case. When Kasey needed help on a multi-million dollar estate with tax issues, he called on Murray Saylor, an Attorney/CPA. They later decided to work together on a more formal basis at The Saylor Law Firm.
