We assist clients in achieving their business and personal objectives by coordinating their tax planning with the development of short and long-term business plans intended to maximize profit and minimize liability.

Clients who are entrepreneurs seek our help to establish their businesses as legal entities, to deal with legal issues as they arise during the operation of their businesses, and to assist them in buying, selling or merging their businesses. From corporations to LLCs, LLPs and other entities, we help our clients choose the proper entity and prepare all the legal and tax documents for their businesses.

We advise clients regarding buy-sell arrangements, governance and compliance issues, transactions with third parties, and protection of business assets. We recommend proactive business practices that reduce the potential for lawsuits. We work with individual and family-owned businesses to develop succession planning strategies that are consistent with their individual and company tax planning strategies. Family Limited Partnerships are one option to consider. Clients who are executives involve us in their stock option planning, employee benefits planning, employment agreements and severance agreements.
